Hi everyone! In this video, I’m going to show you how to install UserWay widget in VistaPrint website builder. Some steps are customization options that you can actually skip and go through them later. But in this video, I’ll show you all the steps. So to get your code, visit UserWay.org and click on “Get the Widget.” Step number one is add your
website address. Also, don’t forget to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Let’s continue to step number two. Add your name, last name, and
your email. Let’s continue to step number three. Here you can choose your preferred
icon. You can choose among these four. Click on “Next” to step number four where
you will choose the size. No matter which size you choose, mobile devices will always display this smaller one. Click on “Next” to step number five where you will choose the color of your button. You can use this color picker to customize your button so it matches the rest of your design. Let’s continue to step number six. Here you will select your preferred position. There are eight different
positions, so click on your favorite. I’m going to continue to step number seven. You can let the widget to automatically detect the language of your visitor, or you can force the widget to display in a specific language. Open this list and select yours. Click on “Next.” So you’re already making your site accessible, but you also need an accessibility statement. If you don’t have one don’t worry about it because we can help you with that. Just leave “No/I don’t know” selected and we will help you with that later. Let’s continue to step number nine. If you’re interested in advanced custom options for this widget, then I recommend you to click on “I’d like to learn more” for more information. So now I’m going to scroll down and click on “Next.” To the last step where we’ll get our code. Click on the “Copy” button and let’s go to VistaPrint. I’m in VistaPrint website builder. This is the dashboard. And the code is copied to my clipboard so now I’m going to show you where to paste this code. On this left menu, click on “Settings,” “General,” and up here “Tools and Analytics.” And you will paste the code in “Other Tags.” Let’s paste it. Here it is. And click on “Save Changes.” Now let’s preview the site. So let’s click on the “Preview” button. And here’s our widget. If you can see the widget on your site, this means that you have installed it correctly. But there’s another way to verify this installation. Let’s go back to userway.org and I’ll show you how to do it. You can click on “Let’s Verify” button to make sure that you have done all the setup correctly. But again, if you see the widget that means that you have done everything correctly. So you can click on “Skip.” And here you get an accessibility
statement. This is a template that you can edit, you can add your own details, copy it, and bring it to your site.
