  2. how about service worker, webapp shell, and preload for the api wikipedia api request. So you have a bit of JS that's looking at the url and making the preload tag that all happens in the head, and then you settle for the second of two of slowness with the tradeoff that you don't need a server, you just need github and some cloudflare action
