Season two had such a strong, dramatic tone. They were threatened as a family.
My world was shaken up, and now there’s going
to be consequences. Season three is some of my favorite stuff so far,
it’s pretty shocking. There’s big drama going on right
under the surface. Action. What we’ve done with
Yellowstone is so rare to do, to introduce people
to this world. And you can try to find a way
to play it safe, there isn’t. I think it’s exciting as hell to shoot. I love when I read them,
I was like, “Oh my gosh.” Season three, it’ll be bigger than season two.
It’s going to be colossal. It’s always really unpredictable.
It’s never what I expect. There’s definitely a shift this season. There’s so many different dynamics
and colors to it. We’ve got some great new female characters. We have the Bunkhouse girls. Who I love. There’s a new character Roarke … It’s Dan Jenkins time a million. He is a hedge fund baller, if you will. You can’t ignore him. You can’t just kind
of close the gate. It’s raising the stakes for everybody. The season, it’s shocking. It’s a slow burn that way, and then it heats up. We dig into some things that everyone’s been
wanting us to dig into, that we’ve all been
wanting to dig into. Season three, big reveals are happening. Yellowstone, new season coming this summer.
